Graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Marketing.

• Worked for Buick division of General Motors for 7 years leaving as National Market Research Manager to purchase a dealership.

Originally moved to Auburn in 1969 to establish Jack Amick Motors, a Buick, Olds, Pontiac, GMC Truck dealership.

• Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce President in 1973-74.
• Chairman of Auburn Economic Development Committee that encouraged Placer County to purchase Dewitt for one dollar.
• Original member of the Business Development Industrial Committee (BIDC) representing District 3 in the late 70’s. Precursor to the Economic Development Commission.
• Owned individually & with 3 other partners several pieces of commercial real estate around the corner of Highway 49 & Bell Rd. Those properties are now the Kmart center & the Ross Center plus Crossroads dealership and the adjacent property.

Moved from Auburn in 1986 and spent 10 years away mostly in Oregon & returned Auburn in 1996.

• Worked for Placer Sierra Bank for 2 years as a Business Development Representative.
• Became a California Real Estate agent in 1999 and a Broker Associate in 2002 with Prudential California Realty.
• Past President of Highway 49 Business Association.
• Past Chairman of Leadership Auburn.
• Past Member of Auburn Rotary Club
• Departing Member of the Economic Development Commission of Placer County
Joined Windermere Real Estate in Auburn as Sales Manager in June of 2008 and then left management and returned to being a Broker Associate in June of 2009.

• In real estate I specialize in Investment, Commercial, 1031 Exchanges and Residential properties. Most of my business comes from referrals, past clients, other agents and people I know in the community.
